Firstly and most importantly we are here to help. Aside from health issues, there is a great deal of market uncertainty at the moment, so we want you to continue to be able to contact us if you have any concerns and we will still be scheduling regular progress meetings as normal.
It is likely in the coming months that face to face meetings will be limited, especially with our older clients, as the potential we may unknowingly infect a client coming into our business is something we need to consider and could be a very real risk. This may seem a little overdramatic but we are just seeing the start of what may be a torrid period.
Expert advice is that a viable vaccine is some months away and we can expect levels of infection to increase dramatically no matter what the federal and state government implement. While we prefer physical meetings, we have the ability to carry out consultations with clients and providers via a number of different mediums including telephone, Face-Time, Skype, Zoom and other forms of video conferencing. These will all be options and we want to make it as easy as possible for us to stay in touch.
